Free Shipping
All orders over $75 (order subtotal) receive free shipping.
Packaging
We carefully pack, protect, and ship all orders in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure safe and discreet delivery.
Arrival date
While we make every attempt to avoid delays, we’re unable to guarantee arrival dates, since they may hold your order up due to unforeseen events that we have no control over.
Signature Requirement
We also reserve the right, at our discretion, to apply a signature requirement to any order for security reasons. We do this to avoid fraud and underage orders, since we take the prevention of illegal orders extremely seriously. And if any glass arrives broken, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [email protected] so we can get a replacement out to you ASAP.
