Return Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy for all products purchased on https://no-imp.com. All products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange or refund. The customer is required to pay for the shipping costs on all returns and accepts full liability for any shipping issues with the carrier (which is why we recommended adding insurance).

Used Products

If you have already used the product, we cannot accept a return. And there are zero exceptions to this policy.

Broken Products

If a product arrives damaged, you have 2 days from the delivery date to report the broken piece by contacting us at [email protected]. And make sure you don’t throw away any damaged items before you have contacted us to resolve the issue first. We may require images of the broken product or have you mail it back to us. Once we’ve received the proper information/images, we can move forward with sending out a replacement as soon as possible.
